Big and small creatures on the farm.
Life is good for all creatures on Slavic Heritage Farm, big and small. Harriet (our heifer) and Luna (the horse) lead the way in size, but both are very gentle spirits. They love when you visit with them, pat them, chase the flies away (at least for a while), check if they have fresh water to drink, spend some time with them on the pasture and just show them that you care. Summer County Fair.
It has become a tradition that Slavic Heritage Farm shows its multiple faces at the Pet Show held during the days of County Fair. The kids have brought ducklings, bunnies and goats kids to show . I have a returned group of customers that I usually look forward to meeting again in the summer. They know my products and have helped me with my baking business in the

Strawberry fountain.
There is always a need to make the farm look better and better season after season. A few flower beds here and there, mowed lawn, mulched and weed free garden, a few touches with a paint brush. It doesn't have to be done all at once or on a big scale to revive the farm. The process of creating a beautiful and one of a kind farm is what we are mostly enjoying. Mirek picked up some leftovers of a the decking material at the city dump, designed this cute and absolutely adorable
